Collection pagination
#Each collection declares its pagination mechanism. Most resource and evidence lists accept offset and limit, with a maximum limit of 100. Use the returned pagination metadata rather than assuming every list has the same shape.
| Collection | Pagination |
|---|---|
| Projects, topics, prompts, competitors, owned domains, opportunities, proposals | data.items and data.pagination with total, offset, limit, and hasMore. |
| Content list | data.rows and data.nextCursor. Reuse the cursor with the same search/type/status filters. |
| Edit history | 20 versions per page; continue with beforeRevision. |
| Content messages | Latest 100 messages and truncation metadata. |
| Crawler events | Retained-event pagination and hasMore; no claimed exact historical total. |
| Publishing deliveries | Separate publishingPagination for live deliveries and prior drafts. |
Full editable documents and proposals retain their canonical storage bounds. They are not silently shortened into list pages.
Date windows
#Analytics, raw-answer, and traffic report dates are inclusive UTC calendar dates. Supply both from and to in YYYY-MM-DD form, in order, for 1–366 days. Omit both for the last seven days.
The separate /prompts/{promptId}/analysis endpoint supports days, defaulting to 30, or an explicit range. Page Impact evidence requires one explicit date. Latest persisted perception assessments use the selected engine, rather than a date-window filter.
Report filters and bounds
#Where an endpoint accepts them, topics, platforms, and categories are comma-separated query values. Topic values are project topic UUIDs. Reporting engine values are gpt, claude, perplexity, gemini, and ai_overview; availability depends on your project and plan.
Filter support is endpoint-specific. Do not send categories, pagination, or other parameters to a report that does not accept them. CSV export accepts its window and supported topic/platform filters, but not offset or limit.
Analytics entity lists are paginated. Nested entity lists above 100 entries are identified in limited with their path, original total, and returned count. Dated series retain up to 366 points. GA4 breakdowns retain bounded top lists, rather than complete acquisition/device/country enumerations. Narrow the scope or use separate evidence resources when investigating a row.
