Choose a connector
#Open Settings and choose Connectors. Select the project you want to configure before starting a connection.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console provide traffic and search data. Webflow is the publishing connection for article delivery. Cards marked Coming soon do not provide an active connection flow.
Connecting an account is one step. You may also need to choose a property, site, collection, or field mapping before Searchly can use that connection.
Connect Google data
#- Choose Connect beside Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console.
- Sign in to the Google account that can access the property or site.
- Review and grant the requested access.
- Return to Searchly and choose the GA4 property or Search Console site if prompted.
- Select Save, then check the connection status and selected resource.
You can also start these connections in Agent Analytics, under Setup. Select the property or site that corresponds to the project you are configuring.
A connected source may need time to provide data. Read the latest available date in the app instead of assuming the selected reporting window is already complete.
Configure Webflow
#Choose Connect for Webflow and grant access to the site you want Searchly to use. Finish configuration by choosing the destination site and CMS collection, then map the required fields.
Review the mapping before sending an article. If the CMS schema changes, Searchly may ask you to review the setup again.
Return to the article, review its checks, and approve the saved version before choosing a delivery action. Content Studio explains draft delivery and conditional live publishing.
Resolve connection states
#Setup incomplete means account authorization has not finished the resource configuration. Finish the property, site, or mapping selection shown in the app.
Needs attention or an error state means you should read the displayed message and reconnect or review the configuration as directed. If authorization expired or was cancelled, start the connection again.
Disconnect removes that source's active connection to the project. If a publication or disconnect is still in progress, wait for the operation to resolve before reconnecting. Contact support@trysearchly.com with the project and displayed error if you cannot finish setup.
